Alabama Birding Trails Teacher Workshop
Educators were introduced to outdoor learning and introductory songbird e ducation while taking a tour showcasing the bird-oriented uniqueness of Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge by canoe.

Plastic recycling machinery was purchased to create an education station at WaterWorks Center for Environmental Education and to shred and mold plastics into sustainable products.
SARTEC K-9 Tracking System
GPS equipment was acquired to assist in tracking the Search and Rescue K-9 teams while they perform their missions.
Teacher Environmental Workshops

A conference for veteran farmers educated attendees in therapy farming for veterans and provided veteran farmers with resources, networking opportunities, and program opportunities.
WELP Environmental Student Workshop
Youth participated in field exercises in a wide range of topics within biology and natural resource conservation.
Youth Corps Camp
An environmental and conservation leadership camp trained students in grant writing, project management, team building, and leadership skills so that they can improve their community and environment.
