Attendees toured 4 different farms; a cotton gin and a co-op. They saw many kinds of farm equipment and talked to the farmers about how farming has changed over the years. The funds were used for a garden as well as playground supplies. This garden will be planted and maintained each year by students and teachers at the KMUMC school.
