Marshall County EMA Mobile Communications Project

Marshall County has a very mountainous terrain that hinders the ability of traditional VHF-UHF Communications. With this Grant Funding, we are able to now provide “Portable VHF-UHF Repeaters” to use in conjunction with Antennas in the Field, to provide First Responders and Volunteers with the ability to communicate when Traditional Radio and Cell Phone Service is not available. This provides Safety for our First Responders and our Communities.
