Family Assistance through Community Ties (FACT)

FACT is a joint partnership between Morgan County Schools, Decatur City Schools and Parents and Children Together serving children and families in seventeen Title Schools in Morgan County. Financial instability is an on-going problem identified among families in schools. FACT provided Budget Planning to individual families through case management and provided Parenting Classes in the school setting to promote family strength to willing participants.
