The focus of the RC&D grant application is for Vehicle Extrication Safety. Vehicle crashes are the number one call the Blake Volunteer Fire Department is dispatched to. Stabilizing vehicles and checking for air bag inflators are imperative for the safety of occupants and firefighters on scene.
