F24 Lit Car - STEM Education for Teachers & Students

This project allowed us to provide students, who would otherwise not had the opportunity to do so, the chance to apply core math and science concepts to the challenge of building and driving an electric car. The excitement level was palpable as parents and grandparents came to camp graduation to watch as students demonstrated the car. Additional students will also benefit from the project as we have professional development scheduled with the kit car for teachers at local schools who work with an at-risk population.
