How can I make my community and North Alabama a better place to live, work and play for my children and grandchildren? That question was the genesis of the Resource Conservation and Development Council’s founding fathers in 1973 and is the heart of who and what we are today. We are a volunteer community led force in eight counties in North Alabama working to make things happen for the common good. AMRV RC&D is proud to serve the following counties: Cullman, Dekalb, Jackson, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan.
